General questions
Please allow at least 1-3 weeks for me to process your order, remember that you’re ordering a handmade product. Stickers prints and misc, allow 1-2 weeks.

After you received your shipping notification please allow between 2-7 weeks.
All shipping time can vary greatly due to situations out of my reach.
If you’re placing an international order and after 6 weeks you still without receive your order, please contact me to help you with your package, and know what is happening!
Unfortunately at this time I don’t accept returns or exchanges on any order.
If you want to return your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
During check-out, you have a trackable shipping option available. Please choose this option if you wish to be able to track your order later. The standard shipping option does not include any tracking.
Actually I am offering 2 shipping methods.
Economy shipping (Not include tracking number, but delivery time is the same than others)
Priority shipping (include tracking number, and delivery time is the same than economy)
In the future I want to offer express shipping, because I live on an Island is very hard.
International customers are fully responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their order. We’re always as accurate as possible on our custom forms and will not be lowering the value on the items. Please check your country’s custom fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!
All my dolls are made of acrylic yarn and synthetic fill, I don’t use anything from animal origin.
I love animals, and I tried to not use nothing from animal origin and everything is 100% cruelty free.
Vinyl stickers are cut of very durable vinyl material peels off easily. This stickers are waterproof and exterior uses.
My paper stickers are printed on normal sticker paper, and aren’t waterproof, ideal for sites that are not aggressive with paper.

Yikes! If you notice any damage or if you have received the wrong item in your order, please send us pictures to our contact email and we’ll help you out!
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped out. Once it has shipped out we don’t accept any cancellations.
We do not refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with the standard, untrackable option, but please contact us if you have not received it after 8 weeks and we’ll help you. We also cannot refund tracked orders that have been marked as delivered.
If your order gets returned to us, we will try contacting you through email with the options of having your order reshipped for a re-shipment fee, or refund you for the items, but not any shipping costs.
